Teams whose members belong to an institute outside of Japan:

2. Teams will be notified about participation in the Asia Regional (Aizu site) Contest.
   1. If there are more than 7 teams, then teams will be chosen so that the number of countries and universities will be maximized.
   2. Any selection among multiple teams will be done randomly. (E.g., if only 1 team from Alpha University can be chosen based on the above rule A, then a team will be chosen randomly from all the teams from Alpha University).
